CasuallySocial Support
Effective September 14, 2026
Need help with your account, an Activity, a Beacon, or a safety report?
Email supportTell us what happened, which screen you were using, your device type, and any error message you saw. Never send your password, authentication tokens, or entry-pass QR code.
Location problems
Confirm that foreground location is enabled for CasuallySocial, move outdoors when GPS accuracy is poor, and try again. Background location is not required.
Entry-pass problems
Confirm that the Activity uses Host-scanned QR attendance, that the attendee still has an active reservation, and that the check-in window is open. Only the Activity host can redeem the unique pass. Do not send a pass QR code to support.
Unsafe or inaccessible Beacon
Open Beacon Details and use Report. You do not need to approach or enter the Beacon radius to report a concern.
Unsafe or concerning Activity
Open Activity Details and use Report. You do not need to attend or approach the venue to report a safety, accessibility, legality, harassment, misleading-content, or other genuine concern.
Emergency situations
CasuallySocial support is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
